The Ministry of Health and Wellness now invites eligible and qualified bidders for the provision of Catering Services at the Ministry of Health and Wellness’s Emergency Operation Centre (EOC)under the COVID-19 Programme.
Eligibility Requirements
Bidders must include in their bid submission the following:
The quotation submitted by the Bidder shall comprise the following documents:
- Signed Letter of Quotation on your company Letter Head.
- Signed price and delivery schedules on your company Letter Head.
- Valid Copy of the Company’s Public Health Food Handling Establishment Licence
- Valid copy Food Handler’s Permit of Key Staff Members
- Signed statement of Compliance as per the requirements under said heading in the RFP: “Section 1, Instruction to Bidder (ITB); Sub section 4, item 4.1; bullet # 5”.
- Valid Registration Certificate from the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in the category of (Catering).
- Valid copy Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)/Tax Compliance Letter (TCL)
Bids shall be valid for a period of 30 days after bid closing and MUST be deposited in the tender box at the address below by Monday August 31, 2019 at 2 p.m. There will be no public bid opening

Bid can be collected at the above address (Monday – Friday) as of Thursday, August 20, 2020 between the hours 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The deadline for clarification is Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 4 p.m.
Tenders submitted after the stipulated date and time will automatically be disqualified.
The Ministry of Health reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids (s) or to re-tender, without thereby incurring any liability to the Bidders.
