The aim of the Finance and Accounts Branch is to provide sound financial management to all programme managers within the Ministry of Health, and by extension, its Departments and Agencies. This is in keeping with the overall objectives of the Ministry.
Prudent decisions will be undertaken through the application of accounting procedures and policies as outlined in the FAA Act and Procurement Regulations as well as other operations of law.
Our consistency in the allocation of the approved available financial resources will be efficient, timely, and equivalent to the situation that exists at that time. This will result in; improved service delivery, and improved customer relations. In hindsight, programme managers will now be able to realize the true potential of strategic planning, team coordination, implementation and evaluation.
