Health Infrastructure Planning & Project Management
The Health Infrastructure Planning & Project Management Division is responsible for formulating and implementing the Ministry’s public health infrastructure planning and quality management frameworks. This includes conducting project assessments and managing operations across multiple health infrastructure projects.
The Division ensures the creation and execution of policies and programs that guide the proper use, maintenance, and repair of biomedical engineering devices and systems within the public health sector. It also provides advice, technical support, and approval to the Regional Health Authorities for the selection and evaluation of new biomedical equipment and healthcare systems.
Additionally, the Health Infrastructure Planning & Project Management Division oversees multilateral and bilateral investments in these critical areas to optimise resource utilisation and enhance coordination throughout the implementation process.
