2nd Dose Vaccination Blitz Saturday and Sunday, June 19-20, 2021

The Ministry of Health & Wellness wishes to advise that for June 18 19 and 20, it will ONLY be vaccinating persons, 50 years and older, who are due their second dose for the same period. These persons will be contacted via text and telephone and should visit one of the following locations:

 

Kingston & St. Andrew

  • National Arena – Saturday, June 19 and Sunday, June 20; 9:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.
  • Mona Aging and Wellness Centre, June 21-25, Old Library, UWI

 

St. James

  • Montego Bay Convention Centre: Saturday- Monday, June 19-21, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Trelawny

  • Stettin New Testament Church of God, Saturday, June 19; 10 a.m. -4 p.m.
  • Wait-A-Bit Health Centre: Saturday, June 19; 10a.m. -5 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 20, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at:

Persons should take their vaccination card, TRN and a government issued identification/ letter from a Justice of the Peace to the sites to receive their second dose.

The public is reminded that in order to be fully vaccinated, persons must receive the two doses of the AstraZeneca COVID19 Vaccine.
